@ 29 mins you ask yourselves "why no dueling" Well the reason is: Balancing issues. They are still balancing the classes as we speak and will be the first 2 months after release. Allowing dueling can create a shitstorm of complaints balance-wise. They are also still considering changing balance for pvp only. Meaning you will not be able to use all your PVE skills in a PVP arena and such.
