i think this game will be horrible....i can't imagine they'll make a nice, enjoyable mmo out of the elder scrolls. anyway, i'd love if they do. I'd love to see tes movement and combat style in an mmo with the nice voices and grafics of skyrim. i'll definitely play this game, not for long i guess...

I hope they do well with this. We need more competent MMO's. And lastly, thank you for pronouncing it owning, not powning like most of the uninformed people. It was spelled with a P as a typing joke, as in pRon, and 1's vs ! and such.

Well we all know that if they make a Elder Scrolls online it would be kick ass but I am very sorry to say that after watching this vid and hearing the way the controls will work and the 3rd person game play this just sounds like every other mmo out there. and yea alot of ppl will start off playing it but in a yr it will fail just like all the rest. Skyrim Online now that would be a game ppl would play for yrs not this wow based mmo with a Elder Scrolls face. All you have to do is take a look at star wars, they try to remake wow and I am sorry but that game just fail short. I will be watching this very close I do love all the Elder Scrolls games and maybe in the mos to come I will change my mind after I see more but right now I with my gut.

They need to do the following: - Drop the hotkey gameplay mechanic (i.e. WOW); it needs to be free flowing movement - Landscape must match the existing games (to a point) per province - Alot of lore - Lots of endgame content for PVP and PVE - Guilds: joining thieves, companion, mage, bard, dark brotherhood etc... must be easy to join but hard to gain high rank - DO NOT INSTANCE ZONES. instancing ruins the gaming experience and atmosphere.

I wouldn't mind if they took the 3rd person and added a first person view option like they did with skyrim. I see myself trying this game out a month at a time and seeing how I like it. With starwars I find myself still wanting to finish all the character stories but now diablo III is coming out and I won't be able to designate time. Hopefully diablo III won't be so darn fun that I still won't find time to try elder scrolls in 2013. :)
