Apart from the speed thing I don`t really think WHs are OP. I mean, when the Prot keeps churning out stalkers and other mech units against a Terran player amassing anti mech units. Just build non mech asap and stop whining plx. Early Zealot into air would stop it and force the Terran into transitions himself. It`s like it`s never occurred to the Protoss players I`ve seen this far in HotS to adapt to the opponent`s composition. I guess this goes to show that the standard gateway comp has been too face-roll all along. And stalkers/colossi will still be good against bio so I wouldn`t worry about this at all.
